Residential & ADU
Project challenge
The documentation had to clarify the converted unit's location among the primary residence, driveway and two sheds, as well as the layout of the living area, bedroom, bath, kitchen and water-heater storage.
Our drafting approach
Prepared the property layout and a dimensioned interior plan with existing conditions, external clearances, accessory structures and room labels. The drawings were provided for client review rather than represented as an approved construction set.
Drawing scope documented
- Site plan showing main residence and converted garage ADU
- Existing sheds, driveway and relative setbacks
- Room-by-room ADU floor plan with dimensions
- Bedroom, living, kitchen, bath and storage labels
- Review set with project context and scales
What the records establish
A two-page dated site and floor plan review PDF is documented. Permit legalization and municipal approval remain unverified.
