The Challenge

A coffee franchise needed a site plan proving a 600 SF kiosk with dual drive-thru lanes could fit a 0.4-acre pad — with 11 stacking spaces, an escape lane, refuse access, and cross-access to the adjacent parcel, all per OKC development standards.

02

Our Solution

We engineered the circulation: two 10-ft order lanes merging to one pickup window, stacking for 11 vehicles measured at 20 ft each, a striped escape lane, the dumpster enclosure on the truck route, and the recorded cross-access easement labeled at the north drive.

03

Reported Outcome

Planning asked only to widen one turning radius; the revised plan was approved and the franchise committed to the pad lease.
