Pool, terraces, and grading limits on one plan — with the disturbed area documented just under the threshold that would have triggered a second permit.
A Cobb County pool project needed the pool, two retaining terraces, and the barrier fence shown together with grading limits — the county rejects pool plans on sloped lots that ignore the earthwork.
We drew the 16×32 pool with both terrace walls (3.5 ft and 2.8 ft exposed, each under the engineering threshold), hatched the grading limits, showed the barrier route with gates, and added the disturbed-area figure that determines whether erosion-control review applies.
Approved first-pass with the disturbed area documented under the review threshold — no separate land-disturbance permit required.
Documenting the disturbance under the threshold saved us a second permit and about six weeks. That is money math, not just drawing.
Permit-ready plans delivered in 12–24 hours.
